Born from a Vision of Self-Sufficiency
Lafadalu Farm was founded with a single conviction: that Haiti's land is rich enough to feed its people — and that Haitian farmers, given the right tools and training, can build lasting livelihoods from it. What began as a small pastured poultry operation has grown into a full farming community, producing fresh eggs, chicken, and seasonal produce for local families.
The name Lafadalu reflects our roots — a commitment to the land, to the people who work it, and to the generations who will inherit it. Every seed planted, every flock raised, and every harvest shared is an act of faith in Haiti's future.

The Lafadalu Family grew up watching Haitian farmers struggle without support. They founded Lafadalu Farm to change that — building a model where farming is a dignified, profitable, and community-driven profession.
Joel Lubin
Farm Director
Joel Lubin brings deep expertise in sustainable tropical agriculture. He leads our soil health programme, pasture rotation system, and farmer training curriculum.
